Job Description

This vacancy is for Kathmandu and Branch Offices-Itahari, Birtamod, Chitwan, Sarlahi, Janakpur, Pokhara & Butwal. The Recruitment Representative/Coordinator will be responsible for identifying sources, conduct sourcing, recruitment and selecting candidates, coordinating recruitment processes, and supporting hiring managers in staffing needs. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple recruitment channels, and a proactive approach to identifying the best talent for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various job openings within the organization.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Manage job postings on multiple platforms and monitor applicant responses.
  • Assist in planning and organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and door to door hiring programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates to the management team.
