What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, specifically in recruitment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali, English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong knowledge of talent sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, networking etc.)
  • Ability to negotiate salary and benefits with candidates.
  • Understanding of labor laws and company hiring policies.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Package.
  • Candidates with prior experience working in recruitment agencies and hands-on involvement in headhunting will be given high priority.
  • Preferred candidates with license and vehicle.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our team at Baluwatar. This role requires strong communication skills in both Nepali and English, proficiency in talent sourcing techniques, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Sourcing, Screening, shortlisting, schedule interviews and interviewing with potential candidates.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs.
  • Post job ads, maintain candidate databases, and ensure smooth hiring operations.
  • Ensure background verification and reference checks.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs and networking events.
  • Build a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
