Roles and responsibilities of this job

At least Bachelors in human resource management or organizational psychology will be preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience is must in Recruiting & Marketing
High level English communication Skills (both written & verbal) & computer
Strategic Planner , good coordinator
Should have inspiring & Leadership quality
Should be well versed with Team Work & Team Mobilization
Excellent knowledge of talent acquisitions techniques
Proficiency in MS office package and report generation
Data mining skills is must for this position
Should be eager & able to work under high pressure
Should be physically and mentally fit for the work
