Job Purpose: To lead recruitment of outstanding university graduates and young professionals as Teach for Nepal Fellows
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Office Management/ Culture
Functional Task
College Engagements and outreach
Manage the Funneling of the Candidates (Recruitment, Cultivation and Matriculation)
Support in the Selection (First Interview and Assessment center)
Manage entire Info-Session / Event
Documentation and Reporting
