Roles and responsibilities of this job

Pre-screening of candidates as per the available demands
Entering data of prospective job seekers in the databank – Employment Opportunities Services Desk
Updating the databank on the basis of Processing List, Confirmation File and Interview Selection Record
Calling final selected /selected by Sky/CV accepted candidates for medical process
Provide a meet and greet function for Placements walk-in candidate and successfully communicating demand information and providing advice
Correspond to the companies through mail, telephone, what’s app, viber
To handle all Government related job
Look after the overall administration of the Company
Implement plans as decided by the Company Management
Assist Client during the interview time
Prepare necessary documents for completing Government Formalities
Assist Manager and Other staff in office related activities

Good command over English (Both Speaking and Writing)
Computer literacy proficient with email, internet and office packages

Knowledge about preparing reports
Strong Communication and Presentation skills

Working Hours: Day Shift: 9:30 AM to 5:30PM
