Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Cold call care homes in the UK to introduce our company.
Marketing our services to attract care homes as clients in the UK.
Focus on accquiring/bringing in care homes as a partners.
Work with the operations manager to plan recruitment based on staffing needs.
Source and identify qualified healthcare candidates in the Uk through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Interview candidates to assess candidates's skills and experience and cultural fit.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build & maintain strong relationships with candidates.
Stay updated on UK healthcare trends and hiring practices.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.

Note: Candidates with experience in marketing field will given more priority.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Effective Marketing skills to draw in carehome in the Uk as a client.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of English language.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving recruitment goals.
