Job Description

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement recruitment & communication strategies and hiring plans to achieve organizational goals and maintain positive image. Perform job analysis to define job requirements and objectives. Determine current needs & targets with deadlines and produce forecasts. 

Events & Marketing:

  • Prepare and distribute advertisement materials & social media content, organize and manage events, and promotional functions to enhance public awareness and engagement. Promote services, and special events to raise brand awareness and support marketing initiatives.

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Create and post job ads on various platforms, including job boards and social media. Use databases, social media, and other different channels to source potential candidates. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships with potential hires and their sources. Plan & conduct field visits, collaborate with potential sources, attend job fairs and recruitment events to attract talent and create pool. 

Screening & Selection:

  • Check health, background, referrals, and screen documents, resumes & applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate & shortlist right candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers and admins to determine talent needs, selection criteria, terms & conditions and select suitable candidates. 

Relationship & Collaboration:

  • Build and maintain relationships with branch office/client/candidates, respond to inquiries, foster sponsorships and collaborations and act as a liaison between the organization and them. 

Departure & Onboarding:

  • Prepare and extend job offers and all necessary documents to selected candidates. Facilitate the pre-departure & onboarding process to ensure candidates are fully aware of job, benefits, country & employer, policy, terms & conditions and consequences failing to adhere policies. 

Administration & Compliance:

  • Maintain candidate databases, recruitment records and prepare & groom them well before interview. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process. Compile comprehensive and well-documented reports on PR & Recruitment progress to hiring manager and upper management. Coordinate with recruitment team (Head Office & Branches) to ensure interviews success on a regular basis. Assist & involve in interviews & briefings to meet client’s & manager’s expectations.
