Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead and optimize our clients recruitment processes. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building a strong talent pipeline, ensuring successful placements, and maximizing the efficiency of our manpower operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive manpower plans to fulfill project requirements and achieve organizational goals.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle – from sourcing and selection to deployment - ensuring timely placements and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with staffing agencies and subcontractors to secure high-quality personnel and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs.
  • Maintain strict compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies in all manpower operations.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of deployed personnel, offering constructive feedback and support to maximize their effectiveness.
  • Coach and trains agencies staff on topics related to performance, processes and projects’ execution
  • Optimize resource allocation to match project demands while minimizing costs and maximizing resource utilization.
  • Generate reports and analyze manpower data to identify trends, evaluate process efficiency, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to streamline the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment and manpower operations.
  • Champion a culture of safe and respect ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and regulations for the well-being of deployed personnel.
