Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiting Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The recruitment executive assists with hiring by scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining recruitment records.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews, arrange travel for candidates, and prepare interview rooms.
  • Act as the point of contact for candidates, provide updates and assist with onboarding.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records, post job ads, and prepare offer letters.
  • Work with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Requirement:

  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Recruitment or HR administration experience and familiarity with ATS and recruitment software are preferred.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.

Working Shift: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM (Nepali Time)
