Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter I PRO at Global Rising Placement. The Recruiter I PRO will be responsible for day-to-day talent acquisition tasks, including sourcing, screening, and placing professionals. Additionally, they will play a key role in shaping the future of talent acquisition and building exceptional teams for our clients.

Qualifications

Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the Middle East and Europe recruitment markets is a plus
