Roles and responsibilities of this job

Talent KTM is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process while meeting client hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
CV Screening: Review applications and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide updates regarding application status.
Client Coordination: Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable candidates.
Job Posting: Prepare and publish job vacancies across relevant recruitment platforms.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow-ups: Follow up with shortlisted candidates and clients to ensure timely recruitment progress.
Offer Management: Coordinate salary discussions, job offers, and joining formalities.
Recruitment Reporting: Prepare regular recruitment updates and reports on hiring progress.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Prior experience in recruitment or HR will be an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office, email, and online recruitment platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
