Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for a variety of roles within the recruitment agency's client base. This position requires a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with suitable job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing

Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing, to identify potential candidates.
Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates.
Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
Candidate Screening:
Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit, based on clients’ requirements.
Administer assessments and tests as needed.
Reference check candidates to verify their employment history and qualifications.

Candidate Selection

Present qualified candidates to clients for consideration.
Communicate salary and benefits packages with candidates.
Provide candidates with information about the job role, company culture, and expectations.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand clients' hiring needs and requirements.
Provide clients with regular updates on the recruitment process.
Recruitment Process Management:
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to Deployment.
Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and effective.
Adhere to recruitment agency policies, procedures, and Ethical practices.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in recruitment or a related field.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in Nepali and good communication in English.
