Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Follow up regularly with customers for outstanding payments as per credit terms.
Follow up with Sales persons for weekly / Monthly Collection From customers, and Follow Up For the same from sales Persons.
Prepare and maintain an updated Receivables Ageing Report and highlight overdue accounts.
Coordinate with the Sales and Finance Departments to ensure payment collection targets are achieved.
Communicate with customers regarding invoice details, payment schedules, debit/credit notes, and discrepancies.
Identify high-risk accounts and recommend appropriate recovery strategies.
Maintain documentation of follow-ups (calls, emails, visits) for record and audit purposes.
Coordinate with banks for cheque deposits, fund tracking, and reconciliation of collections.
Support in preparation of collection forecasts and fund flow projections.
Assist in developing and implementing credit control policies to minimize bad debts.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
must have experience of 1–3 years in recovery.

Skills:

Good communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Attention to detail and time management, and the ability to work under pressure
