Job Description

A Recovery Manager is responsible for overseeing the process of recovering assets or funds for an organization. Their job duties may include:

Developing and implementing recovery strategies
Investigating and analyzing cases of default or fraud
Negotiating with debtors to reach repayment agreements
Coordinating legal actions, such as wage garnishments or property liens, to recover funds
Maintaining accurate records and reports of recovery efforts
Staying current with laws and regulations related to debt recovery
Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, clients, and legal teams.

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in debt recovery, knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and a track record of successful asset recovery.
