Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant - CRM for the Recovery Department to support our recovery operations. The role involves assisting in tracking overdue accounts, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely follow-up on receivables. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring and maintaining records of overdue accounts.
Follow up with customers/clients through calls, emails, and written correspondence to recover outstanding payments.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, and legal) to resolve payment disputes or issues.
Prepare regular reports on recovery progress and outstanding receivables for management review.
Maintain updated records of all recovery activities and communications.
Support senior recovery officers/managers in special assignments or negotiations with clients.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements during recovery processes.
