The Record Keeper plays a critical role in the management and organization of documentation within the company. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize records efficiently and securely.
  • Input and update records in databases as required.
  • Ensure compliance with data management policies and legal regulations.
  • Retrieve documents and provide them promptly upon request.
  • Review and analyze records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Implement and execute effective filing systems.
  • Prepare reports and summaries as needed for management.
  • Conduct audits of records to ensure proper management.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Record Keeper or in similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
  • Familiarity with computer databases and record-keeping software.
  • Understanding of legal requirements for record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques.
  • Experience with auditing processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Time-efficient with a strong sense of productivity.
  • Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Knowledge of archival methods is a plus.
