Qualification: 

• Minimum BCom/ BBS (additional professional qualification will be added advantage)
• Must have minimum 1-3 years of proven continuous service in accounts and finance department of large scale construction companies.
• Must have a hands-on experience of working with accounting software

Required Skills: 

• Must be a fast learner and grasp the instruction from seniors without much briefing/ direction
• Must be proficient in communication, coordination including the execution
• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office packages
• Must have a reasonable knowledge of accounting, reconciliations and confirmation of account balances
• Must be able to handle inventory, advances, WIP,  VAT registers, challans, goods receipt and purchase order
• Must be capable of filing income tax returns, VAT returns, tds returns.
• Must be able to do regular accounting, voucher preparation, filing of transaction documents and executing various forms and document,
• Must be able to work with the company’s own software and be responsible for the up-to-date transactions record in the system
• Must be able to do reconciliation of party accounts, inventory, bank, intercompany, site accounts, tax, vat, retention and other accounts as required
• Must have a reasonable knowledge of tax and vat
• Must have good knowledge of tally accounting software
