Job Description

  • Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our CRM database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail  
  • Strong communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiar with CRM system
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
