  • Candidates should have completed bachelor level for admin officer and intermediate level for receptionist and admin assistant
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in related field of cooperative, banking and financial sector 
  • Other job related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality, fast learner and result oriented
  • Should be smart, outspoken and with pleasant personality
  • Should have a good knowledge of customer services and general office management
  • Computer knowledge is mandatory

Note: Preference is given to have driving license with having own vehicle.

Job Description

  • Handle Incoming/Outgoing Calls
  • Handle company emails and communications
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and record keeping
  • Handle outgoing and incoming mails and maintain records appropriately
  • Help the office staff/management to carry out their duties effectively by facilitating in their work
  • Performing clerical receptionist duties such as filing/photocopying/scanning/printing/documentation management etc.
