Job Description

  • Diary management and management of meeting links 
  • Handling queries via skype, email and general correspondence 
  • Assisting with mail as required 
  • Taking and ensuring message are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely  basis 
  • Deal with queries and provide correct information 
  • Update databases 
  • Prepare and maintain worksheets 
  • Schedule and follow up on appointments 
  • Provide excellent customer service 
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
