Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

Note : Preference will be given to candidate nearby the Office Location.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Less than or equal to 1 year

Must have completed Intermediate degree level, Bachelor's running can also apply
Should have accounting knowledge
