Position: Receptionist/ Customer Care
Number of Vacancy: 3
Salary: No limitation for the right candidate – Negotiable.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and visitors
  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Handle calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency and care.
  • Manage front-desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Provide accurate information and support to clients and guests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum +2 or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferred in Management or Hospitality).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar front desk, receptionist and customer service role.
  • Good Command of communication
  • Basic computer operations and MS Office.

Note: Freshers are also highly encouraged to apply.
