Position: Receptionist/ Customer Care
Number of Vacancy: 3
Salary: No limitation for the right candidate – Negotiable.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and visitors
Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Handle calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency and care.
Manage front-desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
Provide accurate information and support to clients and guests.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum +2 or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferred in Management or Hospitality).
At least 1 year of experience in a similar front desk, receptionist and customer service role.
Good Command of communication
Basic computer operations and MS Office.
