We are looking for a Receptionist cum Junior Accountant for our company. The candidate should:

Job Responsibilities:

Answer screening and forward incoming phone calls
Handle company emails and communications
Coordinate and schedule meetings and record keeping
Handle outgoing and incoming mails and maintain records appropriately
Help the office staff/management to carry out their duties effectively by facilitating in their work
Performing clerical receptionist duties such as filing/photocopying/scanning/printing/documentation management, etc.
Support in daily activities of head accountant
Handle all transaction related to account.
