We are looking for a Receptionist cum Junior Accountant for our company. The candidate should:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer screening and forward incoming phone calls 
  • Handle company emails and communications 
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and record keeping 
  • Handle outgoing and incoming mails and maintain records appropriately 
  • Help the office staff/management to carry out their duties effectively by facilitating in their work 
  • Performing clerical receptionist duties such as filing/photocopying/scanning/printing/documentation management, etc. 
  • Support in daily activities of head accountant
  • Handle all transaction related to account.
