Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Answer all incoming calls and direct calls to the appropriate person, takes messages, and answer questions
Greet visitors and directs them to the appropriate person
Handle incoming and outgoing documents and maintains a log for them
Maintain and update contact lists
Maintain stationeries and supplies by purchasing, receiving and distributing them
Maintain smooth office operations by calling for repairs and maintenance
Make payment for internet and telephone bills for their uninterrupted service
Operate a range of office equipment such as photocopiers, printers and computers
Use word processing, spreadsheet, and PowerPoint to prepare reports, memos, and documents
Perform data entry
File papers and documents
Maintain cleanliness in the office
Coordinate with house-keeper for arranging tea and other refreshments
Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff
Handle petty cash
Other duties as assigned

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good English Typing
Neat personal appearance.
Proven administrative or assistant experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work as part of a team
