Job Description

Handle the calls and forward it to the concerned departments
Maintain records of visitors and clients and follow up at regular pace
Provide educational counselling services to prospective students/parents
Provide information about destination country, educational programs, visa requirements, scholarships, educational provider and more
Provide comprehensive study and visa application guide and conducting administrative tasks
