Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for members, visitors, and guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the reception area.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome members, visitors, and guests, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors appropriately.
Provide accurate information regarding gym memberships, services, facilities, schedules, and promotions.
Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and other services to prospective clients.
Follow up on inquiries, leads, and walk-in visitors to convert them into active members.
Maintain and update membership records, customer databases, attendance records, and payment information.
Assist members with registration, membership renewals, and general customer support.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and deliveries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
Coordinate with trainers and management to address member requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to memberships, sales, and front desk activities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with members to encourage retention, referrals, and repeat business.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, sales, or a related field
Preference will be given to candidates who have completed a Bachelor's Degree
Must be polite and have a pleasing personality
Must have basic computer knowledge of the MS Office package
Must have excellent analytical and communication skills
Multi-tasking, problem solving, and flexibility skills will be highly preferable

Working Hours:

6 AM - 2 PM (Morning Shift)
1 PM - 9 PM (Evening Shift)

The salary is negotiable for the deserving candidate based on qualifications and skills.
