Nepal Hearing and Speech Clinic is seeking a motivated candidate to join our team as a receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clinic, the receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member
• Schedule appointments and maintain the clinic's appointment calendar
• Collect and process patient information and payments
• Maintain and update patient records and files
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
• Monitor and order office supplies as needed
• Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Uphold the clinic's confidentiality and privacy policies
