Receptionist

We are seeking a well-presented and customer-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle front-desk operations efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain guest records and handle correspondence.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.
• Handle payments, billing, and maintain proper records.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
