Job Description

A Receptionist required in a hospitality training center is primarily responsible for creating a positive first impression and providing efficient administrative support. You greet visitors, manage communications, and handle various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the center. Your role often involves multitasking, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Directing Visitors: Warmly welcoming visitors, students, and staff, and directing them to the appropriate person or location. 
  • Managing Communications: Answering and routing phone calls, managing emails, and potentially handling mail and deliveries. 
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and training sessions, potentially managing calendars for staff or facilities. 
  • Administrative Support: Assisting with tasks like data entry, filing, document preparation, and maintaining a tidy reception area. 
  • Customer Service: Providing information about the training center, its programs, and registration processes, ensuring a positive experience for all. 
  • Maintaining Records: Potentially managing attendance records, student information, or other relevant data related to the training programs.
