Job Description

This role requires strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide initial counseling support or guidance to clients when required
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Coordinate with relevant departments or professionals for client referrals
  • Support administrative tasks as needed
