Job Description

SGB is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Receptionist to manage reception duties and ensure smooth communication and coordination at the front desk. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, reflecting the organization’s professionalism and commitment to service.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Greet patients professionally in person & on the phone.
  • Quickly answering or properly referring questions & issues.
  • Scheduling and rescheduling appointments & follow-ups, and providing telephonic reminders.
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence.
  • Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
  • Handling the Online Billing System for patient procedures and treatment plans.
