Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage the organization’s social media presence (especially TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
• Coordinate communication between departments and assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Maintain an organized and efficient reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for students and guests.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Support event planning and coordination for workshops, seminars, and other educational activities.
