Job Description

We are seeking a warm, friendly, and professional Receptionist to join our front office team. As the first point of contact for guests, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service from check-in to check-out, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor and direct them to the appropriate area
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately using the hotel’s property management system
  • Manage online and phone reservations
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, available rooms, rates, and amenities
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and other guest interactions
  • Assist with concierge duties as needed (e.g., booking taxis, recommending local attractions)
