Rasbita International Travel & Tours is seeking an entry-level Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Our travel company is primarily focused on the ticketing business, therefore, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Manage the company's email and postal mail correspondence
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Schedule appointments and maintain the company's calendar
Process and record payments from clients
Provide information to clients regarding our services and packages
Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
