Job Description

BrightPath is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, exceptional customer service, and a friendly demeanor. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our education consultancy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Front Desk Operations

  • Greet and welcome clients, students, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Reach a daily target of phone calls and appointments
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Client Interaction

  • Assist clients with information about our education consultancy services and products.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for consultants and provide necessary information to clients.
  • Collect and update client information accurately.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
  • Maintain and update client databases and records.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Communication

  • Effectively communicate with internal staff to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Relay messages and information accurately to consultants and other team members.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

Problem Resolution

  • Address and resolve basic client concerns and inquiries.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate staff members for resolution.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
