Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Receptionist to be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations efficiently while ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors with a friendly demeanor.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain and update records, registers, and files.
Support school administration with clerical tasks such as data entry and documentation.
Schedule appointments and meetings for staff and management.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth daily operations.
Disseminate school-related information to students and parents as required.
Address and resolve minor issues or escalate them to the appropriate authority.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of a High School required.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
