Job Description

Sayon International Educational Consultancy is dedicated to providing high-quality educational consulting services to students aspiring to pursue their studies abroad. We guide and assist students throughout the entire process, ensuring they have the necessary information and support to achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Handle basic inquiries and direct clients to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage and schedule appointments for clients and staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and order supplies when necessary.
  • Support other staff members with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
