Job Description

As a Receptionist at Manpower Scan, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Your primary responsibilities include managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms.
