Job Description

A receptionist plays a vital role in facilitating communication and providing administrative support with an organization. Receptionists typically also manage the Front Office and assists in general administrative tasks, such as handling the incoming mail or scheduling meetings to ensure smooth day to day functioning the office .The specific duties & responsibilities of the receptionist may vary depending on the type and size of the business.

It includes following following responsibilities:-

  • Greetings visitors
  • Managing security and telecommunications systems.
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone,email and general correspondence.
  • Transferring call as necessary.
  • Managing meetings.
  • Security and access control
  • Problem resolution 
  • Handling reservations and booking.
  • Maintaining safety and hygienic standards of the reception area.
  • Assisting HR teams for the recruitments , onboarding and termination process.
  • Handling travel arrangements.
