Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Provide information to visitors and employees as needed.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Follow security procedures for visitor access and confidentiality.
Assist in coordinating meetings and events as required.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Good communication skills are a must.
Hardworking and reliable.
Education: Minimum +2 pass or Bachelor's degree.
Experience: 1 year in a similar field is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.

Note: Female candidates are highly Preferable.
