Job Description

Deal with enquires, book an appointment and pass on complaints and queries as necessary.
Update customer records in the company system, including notes about any interactions as relevant.
Ensure that all the samples received are logged into the system in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide instructions for patients and customers regarding appropriate specimen collection.
Verify the specimen requirements and appropriate collection procedures prior to specimen collection.
Develop strong communication and coordination with sample collectors and inform them to timely to collect the sample.
Process sales transactions and taking payments.
Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipt, handover to accounts section.

Working Hours: 7:00 am to 3:00 (8 hours)
