Roles and responsibilities of this job

Receiving visitors
Handle telephone calls
Maintain office records, files and documents
Manage office supplies
Schedule appointments, meetings, etc.
Draft correspondence and other documents
All other front desk duties
Other ad-hoc administrative duties

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Less than or equal to 1 year

Excellent command in MS office.
Proficiency in basic computer skills.
