Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a responsible Office Assistant to handle office operations and field duties. The candidate should take care of office day to day operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit market to drop and collect documents.
Support in Marketing task.
Collect cheques and submit/pay bills to clients or vendors.
Maintain filing, paperwork, and office records.
Assist in preparing letters, documents, and office correspondence.
Maintain office room cleanliness and manage office supplies.
Support daily administrative and operational tasks.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 (Bachelor's preferred)
Must have own two-wheeler and a valid license
The ability to type in Nepali is an advantage
Punctual, hardworking, reliable, and able to work independently
