Job Description

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring a tidy and organized appearance.
Provide information to guests and employees in a clear and concise manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Maintain office supplies and order as needed.
Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Uphold a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
