Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain knowledge of staff movements within the organization.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to general inquiries via phone and email, providing information or directing inquiries to the appropriate person.
  • Issue visitor badges and maintain visitor logs.
  • Notify employees of visitor arrivals.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as requested by employees.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and order replacements as necessary.
  • Report maintenance and repair issues to the appropriate department.
