Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using office software and equipment, including word processing, spreadsheets, and office phone systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.

Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Maintain knowledge of staff movements within the organization.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
Respond to general inquiries via phone and email, providing information or directing inquiries to the appropriate person.
Issue visitor badges and maintain visitor logs.
Notify employees of visitor arrivals.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Schedule appointments and meetings as requested by employees.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Monitor and maintain office supplies and order replacements as necessary.
Report maintenance and repair issues to the appropriate department.
