  • High level of professionalism and reliability in a restaurant environment
  • Answering the telephones, taking and maximizing bookings
  • Meeting, greeting, and seating guests
  • Delivering excellent customer service skills and handling all guest's complaints, requests, and inquiries on food, beverage, and service
  • Use of the EPOS system at all stages of service
  • Be available to work any given day of the week; the restaurant is in operation 7 days per week
