Roles and responsibilities of this job

Greet and welcome visitors to the store in a friendly and professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
Respond to inquiries and provide necessary information
Process invoices, receipts, and other paperwork as needed
Maintain and update records of various information, orders, and payments
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Keep the reception area clean and organized
