Job Description

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and providing detailed information about the services rendered by the organisation
  • Manage telephone calls including answering telephone calls, transfer calls, taking messages, maintaining telephone numbers and placing phone calls as requested
  • Coordinate incoming & outgoing mail and deliveries including sending & receiving mail and faxes
  • Schedule appointments, and maintaining records and accounts
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and setting specific customer service standards
  • Maintaining the reception area
  • Organise documentation and files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
