Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Perform office administration and clerical duties
Operate telephone switchboard and answer and transfer calls
Take messages and communicate to appropriate employees
Greet visitors and escort them to appropriate office or person
Respond to visitor’s questions professionally and courteously
Sort and distribute incoming mails and handle outgoing mails
Assist all the departments
Supervise and organize the time table, cleanliness, and overall management of office environment
Perform basic data entry when needed
Order and stock office supplies
Operate and maintain office machines including printers, copiers, and fax

Bachelors degree in any faculty (running/complete)
Attractive and Smart Personality
Successful work experience in a front office setting or in another clerical position will be preferred
Strong knowledge on Microsoft office packages, office procedures and basic accounting principles
Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment
Ability to cooperate with other departments
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (Both Nepali and English)
Great organizational and multitasking
