  • 7+ years of Real estate experience with a minimum masters degree in business ( with bachelor's in engineering preferred)
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Profound domain knowledge in Marketing with broad understanding and experience on civil, Legal and financial department (understanding of balance sheets/ profit and loss accounts and financials- driver of business and sales)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations in Nepal.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Special Requirement : Hold 2 wheeler license and vehicle
  • Meeting milestones and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project Management and project supervision.

Job Description

  • Proactively identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including referrals, leads, networking events, and online platforms and brief about projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
  • Visit and approach to financial institutions, corporate houses, NGO, INGO, Government. Offices , Hospitals, Professionals and promoting products for lead generation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, legal advisors, as well as local government bodies like ward offices, Malpot, Naapi to ensure smooth and timely procedure.
  • Regular follow up with clients to generate sales.
  • Establishing, promoting and maintaining company’s brand to generate business.
  • Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and documentation required for closing sales deal.
  • Sets deadlines assigns responsibilities and monitors progress of project
  • Involved throughout the project cycle and managing the final execution.
  • Provide status report of the customer and staff on regular basis.
  • Provide overall strategy and technical solutions.
  • Mentor and motivate team throughout the project.
  • Other tasks as assigned by MD .
